DeGraaf, Jerry (Geert).
Jerry, surrounded by his loving family, was taken to be with his Lord from his home at R.R. 5, Hagersville on Saturday, March 1, 2008 in his 71st year. He was the beloved husband of Alice (Veldhuis) for 46 years and dear father of Mary Ann and T.J. Hoogsteen of Brantford, Tammy and Lloyd Miedema of Waterford, John and Michelle of Hagersville and Jim and Joanne of Mississauga. Loving grandpa to Taran, Aiyanna, Katriel, Haleigh and Jaden; Cassie and Kyle Bowers, Chris, Shaun, Joshua and Logan; Scott, Evan and Brooke; Sophia and Eric; great granddaughter, Rachel. Brother and brother-in-law of Gertrude and the late Gerard Leendertse, Kurt and Jean DeGraaf all of Brantford, Bill Zuidema of Burlington and the late Minke. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to call at Cooper Funeral Home, 19 Talbot Street West, Jarvis on Monday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service for Jerry will be held at Ebenezer Christian Reformed Church, Jarvis on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. Interment, Knox Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
