Tolman, Trina Hudsonville Trina Tolman, age 86, of Hudsonville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, August 2, 2019. She was born on March 26, 1933 to Nicholas and Arlene Kuperus in Friesland, Netherlands. It was there that she married her husband, Louis, on January 11, 1955, and soon after immigrated to the United States. Trina was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Tolman; son, Ken Tolman; siblings, Follie and Hank Prinzen, Anita Collins, Peter Borgdorff, Simmie and Ben Perri. She is survived by her children, Marco and Jill Tolman, Mary Geerlings, Arlene Poolman, Alma and Jim Mulder; 15 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; siblings, Bob Collins, John and Annette Kuperus, Wilma and Adrian VandenAkker, Pete and Shirley Kuperus, Janet Borgdorff, Henny and Casey Sytsema, Jaltina and Rick Kehr, Dorothy Kuperus, Myles and Glennys Kuperus; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services for Trina will be held on Monday, August 5, at 11:00 A.M. at North Blendon Christian Reformed Church with Rev. Aaron Vriesman officiating. Interment Blendon Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at VanderLaan Funeral Home on Sunday, August 4, from 2 to 5 P.M. Memorial contributions may be made to Guiding Light Mission.
