        PAULUSMA Martin John Paulusma, age 68, was called home peacefully to be with his Lord and Saviour at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on February 16th, 2006, with family by his side after a brief battle with cancer. Martin is survived by his loving wife, Liz, his two children, Sandra and Alan, (Norline), grandchildren, Christopher, Jennifer, Jamie, Sabrina, Jonie, Michael, and great granddaughter Desiree. He is also survived by his brothers, Kenneth (Anna) Paulusma, Ed (Raili) Paulusma, sisters, Laura (Joe),Vanderwees Martha (Harry) Vanderwees, Joanne (Lionel), Boyer Lil (Mike) Callon, Beverley (Henry) Penner, Elizabeth Ross and Judi Mate. Predeceased by his parents. Remembered by many nieces and nephews. Martin retired from Ontario Hydro in 1993, had a brief career in real-estate, and then returned to Ontario Power Generation on contract. He volunteered for a group called SOWERS helping out children's camps. He was at one of these camps when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Martin touched many lives with his sense of humor and his caring ways. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at Northumberland Hills Hospital or charity of your choice. Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 21st from 1-2 pm. at the Fellowship Baptist Church, Cobourg followed by a funeral service at 2 pm. Interment in Camborne Cemetery.
