In 1948 the Ypma family immigrated to the Thunder Bay area where she met and married Henry Prenger in 1953. Tina and Henry raised their family of six children and worked hard on their Paipoonge dairy farm but always found time for family and getaways. Tina loved camping, knitting, reading, traveling, swimming and social gatherings with her friends and family. Later on in life she thoroughly enjoyed her winters in Florida and summers camping at Dog Lake. But most of all, Tina loved the company of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Tina was a dedicated member of Hope Christian Reformed Church.
